'KBs and KB swings have become more popular in the mainstream over the past number of years. The SWING is a foundational movement. Teaching this over the last DECADE, we firmly believe it can be great for many: -low impact -strength & cardio -those with some forms of knee issues can still have success with it -strengthening the undertrained back side of the body -FUN! HOWEVER ... we also firmly believe it works best (safety, form, results) when taught by a coach specializing in these movements. (for the record, there are VERY FEW at this point in Manitoba who have @strongfirst training or have been mentored by a real expert).'See also:
